Informed Eating is our newest 12-week program.
The goal is to help you lose weight and maintain it with the confidence of a naturally slim person who doesn’t obsess over food and diets.

WHAT IS INTUITIVE EATING?
Intuitive Eating is about trusting your body to make food choices that feel good for you. However, what feels good in the moment may not be good for your health, long-term. 

This is where knowledge about nutrition can play an important role in effective weight management.

We prefer to use the term Informed Eating over Intuitive Eating.

Informed Eating is about making good food decisions to help you optimize your health, energy, performance, and satiety, while respecting your personal food preferences.

This program seeks to bridge the gap between intuitive eating and nutrition science so you can manage your weight with both knowledge AND mindfulness. 
THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES...

12 lessons on weight management

Every week, you will receive a 5-minute lesson and be asked to take action on something you learned in that lesson. We cover subjects  like Emotional Eating, Intermittent Fasting, The Wholesome Plate Method, and more. Your homework will help you build the skills of successful weight managment.

Weekly review of your tracker.

You'll email me every week with your updated tracker and homework so that I can guide you and help you stay accountable.

Beyond tracking.

This is a good time to experiment with mindful methods of managing your weight that don't involve a macro tracking app like MyFitnessPal.

Six private calls. 

We'll have a one-on-one private 30 minute call every 2 weeks to help you stay focused and motivated.

Hi! I’m Adele.

I am a published author and respected authority on fitness and nutrition.

I’m an MNU Nutritionist and an ACE-certified Health Coach with a specialty in weight management. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology.

I help women get strong and lean and to stop fearing food by teaching them about nutrition.

There’s nothing more exciting to me than helping people transform their lives for the better. To help them turn “impossible” into reality.

I understand the challenges of losing weight and keeping it off because I’ve personally shed 30 pounds. Living with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and thriving in my 50s, I bring both empathy and experience to my coaching.

What makes me unique as a coach is my personal experience and lifelong struggles with managing my weight, as well as my scientific knowledge and research into rapid weight loss, exercise, and nutrition. I also focus on mindset shift, habit change, and learning to fall in love with a healthy lifestyle so that you can maintain your goals for a lifetime!

Living in East Idaho with the mountains in my backyard, I enjoy travel, hiking, exploring nature, and lifting weights. Proving it's never too late to change, I started lifting weights in my 40s and now hold three state records in bench press.

My approach is always science-based, but with a big emphasis on personalization and practicality to help you get the results you're looking for.
