This is where knowledge about nutrition can play an important role in effective weight management.

We prefer to use the term Informed Eating over Intuitive Eating.

This program seeks to bridge the gap between intuitive eating and nutrition science so you can manage your weight with both knowledge AND mindfulness. 

12 lessons on weight management

Every week, you will receive a 5-minute lesson and be asked to take action on something you learned in that lesson. We cover subjects  like Emotional Eating, Intermittent Fasting, The Wholesome Plate Method, and more. Your homework will help you build the skills of successful weight managment.

Weekly review of your tracker.

You'll email your coach every week with your updated tracker and homework so that she can guide you and help you stay accountable.

Beyond tracking.

This is a good time to experiment with mindful methods of managing your weight that don't involve a tracking app like MyFitnessPal.

Six group calls. 

A live call every on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month, at either 12 noon or 7 pm Central Time.

Hi! I’m Tiffany!

I'm an NASM certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, wife, and busy mom of four. I served as a military police officer for six years and did two tours before going into the health and fitness industry. I have a strong sense of compassion, service and respect for others and I'm good at analyzing situations in order to help my clients with their challenges. 

What makes me unique as a coach is my experience in bodybuilding and reverse dieting someone from a very-low calorie diet to eating as many calories as possible without weight regain.

I live in Eastern Tennessee and I am fortunate enough to have the Great Smoky Mountains practically in my backyard. I love hiking, biking and exploring nature as well as lifting weights.

I understand how hard it is to lose weight and keep it off because I lost 80 pounds myself, using flexible dieting. This is the same method we teach our clients. 

My approach is always science-based, but with a big emphasis on personalization and practicality to help you get the results you're looking for. 
Hi, I’m Hannah!

I'm a certified health and nutrition coach and ISSA personal trainer. I am also a registered nurse. Health and fitness are my passion! I am a veteran Army Nurse and my husband is active duty military. We currently live in Florida. Going to the beach and being on our boat here in sunny Florida are two of my favorite things to do.

Health and fitness have been a part of my life since I was a young girl but I remember getting to a point where I didn't like how my clothes fit and my self-confidence was affected in a huge way.  That led me to start strength training and running marathons because I realized I had to take ownership of my health and fitness goals. It hasn't always been easy for me but I know that hard work and determination are essential to success. A can-do attitude has helped me lose 40 lbs after all three of my pregnancies and it keeps me going each day through busy life as a military wife, nurse, and mom. 

As a nurse, I see things from a health standpoint and that gives me even more passion for coaching. My main approach is based on scientific research for exercise and nutrition. I also focus on mindset shift, habit change, and learning to fall in love with a healthy lifestyle so that you can maintain your goals for a lifetime!
Coaching begins every Monday and ends 12 weeks later.
