Hi! I’m Tiffany!
I'm an NASM certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, wife, and busy mom of four. I served as a military police officer for six years and did two tours before going into the health and fitness industry. I have a strong sense of compassion, service and respect for others and I'm good at analyzing situations in order to help my clients with their challenges.
What makes me unique as a coach is my experience in bodybuilding and reverse dieting someone from a very-low calorie diet to eating as many calories as possible without weight regain.
I live in Eastern Tennessee and I am fortunate enough to have the Great Smoky Mountains practically in my backyard. I love hiking, biking and exploring nature as well as lifting weights.
I understand how hard it is to lose weight and keep it off because I lost 80 pounds myself, using flexible dieting. This is the same method we teach our clients.
My approach is always science-based, but with a big emphasis on personalization and practicality to help you get the results you're looking for.
